If I leave the truck run a while sitting still it goes away most of the time. Very strange issue.Okay. Start by checking the pins in each of the connectors. Make sure they are not spread and are making good contact with each of the pins in the actuator. Then you can test resisance between the connections on the actuator and the control panel.
